Noodles in a Cassola, a thousand and one ways to make them in Tossa

During the month of June, the Association of Traditional Tossa Cuisine is carrying out the gastronomic campaign "Fideus a la Cassola, a thousand and one ways to make them in Tossa".
The participating restaurants offer a menu where the noodles are the protagonists, prepared and cooked in different ways.
