The Kitchen of the "Cim i Tomba" in Tossa de Mar

During the month of September, the Association of Traditional Tossa Cuisine carries out "La Cuina del Cim i Tomba", the most typical dish of Tossa de Mar.
The "Cim i Tomba" is a dish deeply rooted in the history of the fishermen of Tossa. This fish, cooked over a quick fire with vegetables and dressed with a negated aioli, became a nutritious and comforting meal for the fishermen, being an example of the simple but tasty cuisine that has lasted to this day.
The restaurants that participate in the campaign respect the traditional recipe, but each one brings their own creative touch, offering unique versions of this seafood dish.
