Preserving our traditional cuisine

At the beginning of the 21st century, a group of chefs, restaurateurs, and gastronomy enthusiasts from Tossa de Mar came together with a common goal. Preserving and promoting the culinary richness of our town united us. With the support of the town hall, this collective began recovering traditional recipes, organizing gastronomic events, and promoting activities that define our identity. Over the years, the passion for Tossan cuisine grew, as did the need to consolidate this movement.
